Tip 0.1 Create a Blog:
Yes, creating a blog is probably the biggest waste of time, so you should do this immediately. Just go to http://www.google.com and search for BLOG and sign up in the first one you see

Tip 0.2 Use the blog:
Yes, use the blog :)... If creating the blog is a 5-minutes activity, then posting stuff in the blog is really a big waste of time :)

Tip 0.3 Read the blog:
Yes, READ the blogs ... maybe your blog or others' blogs .. you'll definitely waste a lot of time :)
